    Distance: 30.5 km ( could be 27 km if bridge at Black Creek is open)

    Description

    Meet at Kingsbridge Park at 6:45.  You will be bussed to Old Fort Erie.  Hike back to Kingsbridge Park from Old Fort Erie.  Terrain is flat with mostly  paved paths.   There are 2 checkpoints along the way. This  registration is for those hikers who are only doing the second day of the Fort to Fort.

    This is a self-led hike.

    Registration is $50. (members) , $60 (non-members) for 1 day.   Fee includes bus, parking pass,  and checkpoints .

    Terrain: Slippery and Steep Sections, Moderate
    Distance: 16-17 kms

    Description

    Join us on high altitude adventure as we hike the three highest ridges in the Dundas Valley guided by “Sherpa” Phill Armstrong. We take in part of the Bruce Trail and several DVCA trails.  Lots of ups and downs.  Please bring icers just in case, a warm drink, water, a snack for “elevensies”, lunch, hiking boots, poles and lots of smiles.  Entrance fee to DVCA in effect at gate.  Please arrive at 9:00 to be ready to hike at 9:15.  Optional pub stop after.

    If you are a long distance hiker come and enjoy this 75km urban circuit of Toronto trails. 2 days of 37.5km walk Start Leslie &Sheppard subway station ending at Royal York subway station for both days to close the circle. When registering you are registering for both the April 13th and April 18th hikes.

    Description

    We will meet at the end of Boston Mills Rd (off Mississauga Rd) at 9:15 am and carpool to 10th Line and hike back on the main trail through Terra Cotta Conservation Area, across Winston Churchill Blvd and Heritage Rd and back to the cars.  Bring a snack as needed.

    Join us for a morning circular walk through David Balfour Park, Park Drive Reservation, the Evergreen Brickworks, Moore Park Ravine and Mount Pleasant Cemetery. On this walk we find nature close to the heart of the city.
