Hikes will be approximately 20 km per day over a total of 9 days. As part of the second series, we hope to have an indigenous guide share knowledge about the ancestral lands of the Saugeen Nation on whose territory we will be hiking.

Participants should be able to hike for up to 7 hours for several consecutive days. This is a car hike with private vehicles at the beginning and the end of the hike and shuttling in between. Hike itinerary will be provided upon registration.

Overnight accommodations (shared), meals (dietary restrictions can be accommodated) and carpooling is available at a reasonable cost (all inclusive) at Silver Lake Mennonite Camp near Sauble Beach. There will be a relaxing sauna to enjoy at the end of each day. To register for this option, go to https://slmc.ca/retreats/retreats/ and look for Weekday Wanders- Sydenham E2E. Alternate arrangements may be made elsewhere.
